Dune Point does not allow unregistered guests on the property. This includes both day guests and overnight guests. We strictly adhere to our room occupancy guidelines. To respect all of our guests and neighbors, we ask that all guests refrain from loud parties. These policies will be enforced.
Dune Point does not provide daily cleaning service. Unless requested, we will not replenish towels during your stay. For towel requests, please see any cleaning staff member roaming the property. They will be happy to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
We must receive written notification of any cancellations at least 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation for a refund, less a 10% service fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation, late arrivals, early departures, or for any other reason. No shows or early departures due to weather or any other circumstances are considered non-refundable cancellations. Failure to notify our office directly by replying to your confirmation email that you will not check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in an automatic cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund and you will be responsible for any balance due on your account. You must request any changes to a reservation directly with our office. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. When you make a reservation, you acknowledge this policy.

Self-CHECK IN – On the day of your arrival, we will text you instructions how to get to your room from the ferry dock in Cherry Grove. We apologize but we cannot offer an early check-in. Your reservation must be paid in full 48 hours prior to your arrival. For questions, please text or call us at (631) 597 6261.
Self-CHECK OUT – latest at 11:00AM, please leave keys on the table, lock the room and leave Dune Point property. We will not be able to provide luggage storage service for early island arrival or late island departure.
