In response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Please note that we have added a few changes to provide the best possible service while safeguarding our guests and staff.

self-CHECK in

The Dune Point office located on the dock is currently closed for check-in until further notice, your reservation must be paid in full 48 hours prior to arrival.  Please text us at (phone number will be provide in your email confirmation) to find out which unit is ready for you. We apologize, but there is no early check-in or early arrival to our property for your safety, and the safety of our staff and other guests. Check-in is at 3:00PM

self-CHECK out

latest at 11:00AM, please leave keys on the table, lock your room. We are sorry but will not be able to provide luggage storage service for early island arrival or late island departure. Before check in and after check out the use of the Dune Point common areas will not be allowed for your safety, and the safety of our staff and other guests.

cleaning and SANITIZING

CLEANING and SANITIZING before your arrival - your reserved unit will be extensively cleaned, sanitized with recommended disinfecting products prior to your arrival. This extensive process will take all the time between check-in and check-out to perform safely. No late check-out or early check-in will be possible.

cleaning SERVICES during your stay

CLEANING SERVICES during your stay – Dune Point staff will not enter your unit during your stay. You will be provided with towels, linens, toiletries for the duration of your stay. Your room will be supplied with dishwasher liquid, sponge, broom, dust pan, toilet cleaning brush and plunger, disinfecting and cleaning supplies, paper towels (please do not dispose of paper towels or wipes in toilets). Cleaning service during your stay will not be provided until further notice.

current RESTAURANTS and in town Entertainment 

All restaurants are open, deliveries indoor and outdoor dining .

Ferry schedule

Limited Ferry Schedule – please check current schedule at Sayvilleferry.com. It is also required to wear a mask on the ferry. The ferry is also performing extensive scheduled cleaning.

The good news? The new sand replacement project was completed last fall leaving you a beach 4 times larger and more beautiful than ever, plenty of space to enjoy. We hope with all the crazy things above, you will feel safe and comfortable as always.
